Hello everyone!I am returning to Germany after my internship here in Leeuwarden, which is why my room is up for rent.The pictures are not very recent, they are about half a year old. But I will try to update them soon. The pictures don't show how nice and sunny the room gets around this time of year! It's really nice to have these big windows. Other than that, the walls have also been painted and everything is in a great condition. There is a cabinet/wardrobe in one corner that has plenty of shelves and storage space. Otherwise, the room will be completely unfurnished, just like in the pictures.The house has room for up to four tenants, we are three living here at the moment. With the summer coming along, you can really enjoy the terrace that you have direct access to from your room. I think the location is really great. It is a nice and quiet neighbourhood. When your outside, there isn't much noise coming from traffic or anything like that. Overall, I genuinely think its very enjoyable here. It's also a great location because you aren't too far away from the city centre but also close to the Eastern and Southern parts of the town. A grocery store is just 1-2 mins walking away, and other stores are just a few minutes away by bike.We are looking for someone who (ideally) has experience in living in shared flats. It's really important to us that we're all respectful with one another. We also like to keep everything tidy, and regularly rotate with cleaning the shared spaces.
